The maintenance in Mannheim is now complete.
original Announcement
In Mannheim, all bwCloud machines will be switched off from 15.09.2023 until presumably 22.09.2023 due to conversion measures.
Affected users are generally from Mannheim, Heidelberg, Gmünd, Heilbronn, Konstanz, Ludwigsburg, Reutlingen, Rottenburg, Stuttgart or Tübingen.
For sensitive instances we recommend users whose virtual machines are operated in Mannheim to backup their data/VMs.
Please note: The instances will not be restarted automatically. Users will have to log in and manually start the desired instances after the measures have been completed.
Once the maintenance has been completed, affected users will be informed by email.
