Summer, vacation - slowed response to tickets

Like everywhere else, August and September are classic vacation months for the bwCloud administration. Vacation times, closing times and simply the beautiful summer weather, in August and September many things go a little slower.

Therefore, we would like to inform the users of bwCloud that the processing of tickets may be slightly delayed. Our priority is to keep bwCloud functioning, which is why requests for quota increases, group projects or VM rescue missions may take a few days to be processed.

If any inconvenience is caused, we apologize and wish you a relaxing summer and vacation season.
